If you see empty boxes instead of runes
Runic characters are part of Unicode, but most operating systems do not ship a font that covers them. When a system has no glyph for a character it draws a hollow rectangle, often called tofu.
This site loads Noto Sans Runic so the runes display correctly here. Once you paste them elsewhere, whether they render depends on that application's fonts. Text copied from this page is real Unicode, not images, so it will survive the journey; it just may need a font installed at the other end.
For a design that has to render anywhere, download an SVG from the translator instead of pasting text.
